Church School
Grace Youth Programs
Church School has been in session since September, and it has been wonderful having such an amazing group of children to work with every week. As the weather has grown colder we've moved indoors and are having classes in Bradley Chapel, which is a wonderful spirit-filled space for us. Of course everyone continues to be masked and we will continue to follow current COVID19 protocols and CDC guidelines. All children and adults will be masked both indoors and outdoors, children will be socially distant indoors, and windows will be opened to allow good air flow.
With the start of Advent, we have been talking about the Christmas Pageant and preparing for the celebration of the birth of Jesus. The Pageant is scheduled to take place on Sunday December 19th at 1:00pm. This year we're going to hold it outside in Memorial Garden, so make sure to bundle up! If anyone is interested in helping with the pageant this year, please reach out to me.
We are all very excited that we will be able to have a pageant this year, but it will need to look a little different, so that everyone can feel safe and stay healthy!
I'm always glad to hear from you, so if you have questions do be in touch.

Senior Youth GroupThe very active senior youth group for high school students meets regularly at 6:30pm on Sunday evenings. The group works on team-building activities, focusing on topics related to spiritual growth and community service.
Several senior youth group highlights include a whitewater rafting trip down the Lehigh River, a tour of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC, a hike to Buttermilk Falls, and the Grace Church “Haunted House” fundraiser. Community service projects include distributing meals to the homeless in New York City with the Midnight Run program, hosting dinner for the Helping Hands program for the homeless and the important Church Youth Service Mission Trip, which in past years has included trips to Louisiana, West Virginia, Montana, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. ConfirmationConfirmation is a sacramental rite that is undertaken as a mature, public commitment to living out our baptismal faith in the world.
The youth confirmation program includes classes, services projects, team building and a retreat, and is designed to offer a safe place for our young people to explore the breadth of our Christian tradition, to ask questions and express doubts, and to discover what they truly believe. The class is generally open to those 8th grade and older. Learn more about Confirmation in the Episcopal Church HERE |
