Baptisms, Weddings & Funerals

Milestone events in our lives often draw us to faith communities and Grace Church is honored to be the setting for baptisms, weddings, and memorials. We hope that those wishing to celebrate with us will find this initial information useful, and urge you to contact us early in your planning. All services may include the Holy Eucharist.

Baptisms

Baptisms take place as part of the Sunday morning liturgy and are community events. They are most often celebrated on five principle feast days in the Church Year at our 11 a.m. liturgy celebration, but can also be scheduled for our 8 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. services.
To find out more, go to our Baptisms Page >>

Weddings

Weddings need to be arranged as far in advance as possible. For first marriages, a minimum of three premarital counseling sessions with a priest are required. We would be happy to have a conversation with you about what is required if either of you has been previously married. Blessings of committed relationships may also be arranged by consulting with the clergy.
For more information, visit our  Weddings Page >>

Funerals

Funerals can be planned directly with the Parish. Celebrations of Life are part of the Christian responsibility and Grace Church is honored to celebrate the lives of the departed through the requiem liturgy, which can be arranged through the office. Contact the parish office at 845-358-1297.

Memorial Garden & Columbarium

Our beautiful columbarium and garden area serves as a living memorial to those who have gone before us. This columbarium provides an above ground, unique resting place for the ashes of loved ones. When you purchase a niche for ashes in the columbarium of Grace Church, you are guaranteed the perpetual upkeep of the walls and garden. For more information on the columbarium, visit
