Monday, December1st, 6-7pm | Advent Silent Nights - Sanctuary
The sanctuary of the church will be dimmed and illuminated by candlelight, its silence broken only by tranquil melodies played on the harp. All are warmly invited and welcomed to stop by the church for a moment to re-center and re-focus on the hope, potential, and love of this season of preparation and expectation.
December 3rd, 4pm -6pm | Adult Spiritual Formation: The Nativity as Presented in the Gospels - Memorial Hall
Grace Bible Study leader Douglas Furth will talk about the birth of Jesus as it is presented in the Gospels. Matthew and Luke place that event in a setting at a particular time and place, while John speaks about it in an abstract way and Mark is silent on the subject. The Matthean and Lukan texts created an enduring and beautiful vision of what that first Christmas may have been like. The discussion will focus on how these texts are the foundation for our celebration of the Miracle of the Incarnation at Christmas.

Sunday, December 14th, 4pm | Messiah Sings - Sanctuary
Come sing your heart out at our 53rd annual Messiah Sing!
Where you get to join in singing Handel’s rousing choruses while professional soloists sing the gorgeous arias. Organist Stephen Rapp will accompany and Jie Y. Segal will conduct. Scores provided or bring your own.
Tickets available at the door: Special holiday pricing: $15 for all (children free).
